The Rubin Norns were created by David Kiefer and are hosted at his site, David's Homepage (direct link). Unfortuantely the genome files and norns used by this breed are incorrectly linked on the site, and as lycos will not allow remote linking, you will have to go here and then add rubin-s.zip to the end of the address at the top of the window and press Enter to download them separately.
