Portal Dispensor

This machine creates Warp Portals which you can used to send your creatures to other players. It is located in the Workshop, and is called "machinery" by creatures. Creatures that have used the Holistic Learning Machine can often get distracted by the Portal Dispensor during wolfling runs or IQ tests, as they have learned that machinery is very entertaining.
