Popping Pappus

The Popping Pappus plant is said to have been "genetically engineered by the Shee to compensate for the lack of wind on starships". It is an agent which can be used with Creatures 3 or Docking Station, and is included in the Treehugger Norn pack. The popping pappus provides edible seeds, and acts as a groundcover on the Ark. In its adult phase, creatures or the hand can pick up the popping pappus, and creatures can push or pull it.
