Michael Hayward was Managing Director of Millennium at the time that Creatures was being developed (see history). He became Vice Chairman some time in late 1998 - early 1999 according to an interview of Lisa de Araujo by Dillon. He left in March 2003 to become CEO of Conspiracy Entertainment, which was involved in the release of Creatures: Raised in Space.
