Michael Hayward was Managing Director of Millennium at the time that Creatures was being developed (see history). He became Vice Chairman some time in late 1998 - early 1999 according to an interview of Lisa de Araujo by Dillon. In March 2004 he become CEO of Conspiracy Entertainment, which was involved in the release of Creatures - Raised in Space.
