Fort is the current Headmaster and one of the founders of the Evil Council, and thus is heavily involved with roleplaying in the CC. Quite frankly, he is too over-excitable, and is master of spelling mistakes. Plus his humor is extremely dry.
Fort has been around since before the CC crash; back then he was known as Neil132 and was a member of the Evil Council even then.
In addition, he created a short-lived site: Monsters Of Past Eras. Meant to be an extension of the Evil Council. it never took off, but still has some good posts worth noting.
