cmac.s16 is a sprite file in Creatures 2 for the cheese vendor. It is often featured in error messages in the GOG edition of Albian Years when the Remastered Patch hasn't been used. Having the cmac.s16 sprite file in the same folder as an installer will make it unpack its contents, even if Creatures 2 isn't installed on the computer.
