Charan background

Charan was Liam's "first real metaroom", which became a Metacore project. It was never finished, but source files were released for the CCSF 2006 under an open source license. The source files contain the background, a few images for objects, and several .cos files. The room can be injected and is mapped, though it is missing features like CAs, and it comes with an incomplete food source and toy.
