He now spends quite a bit of time taking part in RPGs, though he's mostly based in the Blackstar Dojo.  Some of his more notable appearances from back on the Gameware Forums include MDude's Creatures RP (played as Grah-Et, the Grettin - this RP was left unfinished), The Cloister of Trials (played as HollowEyes, this thread is currently on a hiatus or something) and Forum Wars 360 (again, playing as HollowEyes) and perhaps the most well-known thread that he ever started over there was the Dungeons for Dummies RP thread - an RP that aimed at helping fellow members better their skills.

3kul is mostly known for participating in RPGs, and while he initially roleplayed exclusively on the Gameware Forums he is now more well-known for being a regular at Blackstar Dojo. He stopped roleplaying on Gameware long before the forums closed, but most of the well-known roleplays that he took part in can still be seen in the Blackstar Dojo's archive section.  He was the moderator of this section from the 30th of August 2006 until the start of 2007, but eventually gave that up in favour of his other duties to the Dojo.

As for his achievements in the Blackstar Dojo, they are quite a bit more varied. He was moderator of the Archives section of the forum for a time (30 Aug 2006 - late 2006, early 2007), which dealt with preserving major RP threads, but he eventually gave that up in favour of his other duties to the Dojo. Said duties were from his position as the Mantis Sensei (a position which he's held since 19th Oct 2006), one of the seven Sensei chosen to moderate the style belt system, which 3kul himself helped to develop. In a nutshell, the system was designed to reward roleplayers for showing exceptional skill with special belt rankings, the seven styles being the seven broad definitions of how people on Blackstar seemed to be roleplaying in - Tiger for roleplayers who preferred magic, Mantis for weaponry, Owl for intelligence, Spider for creativity, Fox for trickery, Monkey for humour and Chameleon for adaptability.

More personal achievements include 3kul winning the 2006 RPer Arpie, an award given out annually in Blackstar for the best roleplayer of the year, as well as the 2006 Item Arpie, a similar award given out to those have created the best item in the Blackstar Marketplace. He also holds the 'Master Torturer' rank in Blackstar's Challenge Arena, an award given to the person with the most give-up wins to their name, although considering that his winning streak is only one (making him the only person to have a give-up win), he's probably not going to have it for very long.

3kul, also known as Luke, has been a member of the Creatures Community since the 23rd of January 2004, and has been a member of the Evil Council since the 24th of November, 2005. In terms of Creatures related history, 3kul has been playing from the beginning (way back with Creatures 1) until today. He was also a member of the now-defunct Metacore. In 2007 3kul managed to secure himself a position as one of the four Council Elite, and on the 20th of June, 3kul became the Second-in-Command of the Evil Council. Shortly after it's opening in 2008, 3kul became a moderator on the popular new Creatures forum known as Creaturetopia.

Said duties were from his position as the Mantis Sensei (a position that he's held since 19th Oct 2006), one of the seven Sensei chosen to moderate the style belt system, which 3kul himself helped to develop.

More personal achievements include 3kul winning the 2006 RPer Arpie, an award given out in Blackstar for the best roleplayer of that particular year, as well as the 2006 Item Arpie, a similar award given out to those have created the best item in the Blackstar Marketplace. In Blackstar, participants in the most popular roleplays are awarded special badges designed with that roleplay in mind, and 3kul has been fortunate enough to have run multiple roleplays worthy of having a badge created in their honour - 'Meeting of the Minds', 'Tremors Across the Dojo' and 'Cave Slickers: The Legend of Holly-Eyes Gold' (though it should be noted that the medal for this roleplay is still being created, and is not yet available).

3kul has not personally contributed anything to any game in the Creatures series, his reasoning for which being that he lacks the skills to do so. 3kul considers his role in Metacore to have been a fairly minor one, for although he signed on as a concept artist few of his own concepts ever progressed beyond the drawing board. He's generally known for having volunteered ideas and opinions on the work done by other members of the team, though he's still creditted for and recognized as a concept artist for Aquatilis Caverna.

Ultimately 3kul is notable as a long-standing CC personality and roleplay aficionado, and he can usually be found over at either Blackstar Dojo or Creaturetopia.
