The "Creature" is a [[Bulbous Grendel]] that wanders around the computer screen, occasionally stopping to make sounds or try and communicate with the user.

The user is also able to alter different settings, such as naming the Grendel using the Virtual Pet Creature's Taskbar icon.

Currently, the Virtual Pet Creature can be downloaded is the Creatures Keepsakes section of [[TreeSprite's Creatures Grove]] and [[Creatures Caves]], as the owner's website has vanished off the face of the internet.
