How do you know I spammed the Wiki? Do you read russian? :P Infact it wasn't really spam. Because I am the person involved in the article, and I am giving input on my time in the community. Also how do you know it is the same person, just because they have the same IP address? It's not conclusive proof! Neither is a name for that matter. If I spammed an entry on a famous person, then said I was them, would you beleive me?

NYET

So why does it make any different for infamous? >_^

If someone claiming to be Toby Simpson wrote unsightly messages on his profile page, it wouldn't matter if we believed it was Toby or not - it would not affect how the administrators would respond - Don 10:06, 28 Jul 2005 (UTC)

Hell, maybe you lot don't even know it is me. You are thick as planks. There is no longer anything humorous in this community, nor entertaining. Stop being facist capitalists, and I will leave you alone. All I want is death for [people I dislike].

ALSO, WHY IS A BAN FOR SPAMMING LONGER THAN ONE FOR REMOVING INFORMATION?

The ban was longer because of the previous offence, and because the previous ban was being dodged. If there is reason to suppose the same person is causing the trouble, then the decision is based on that. Different administrators may also have different criteria. --GreenReaper(talk) 05:26, 28 Jul 2005 (UTC)
The longer ban was also a response to what was written on the page. Yes, we can read Russian and it was not at all suitable content. It should also be mentioned that the Wiki is a source of information, an encyclopedia, and not a forum. The disussion pages are mainly used to discuss technical content, whereas for general chat there are Community forums available - Don 09:56, 28 Jul 2005 (UTC)

It does not make sense. Just like Chewbacca. It. Does. Not. Make. SENSE.

Chewbacca makes perfect sense in comparison ;) Liam
