Tickle Me Norn

This COB injects a toy can containing a Tickle-Me Norn toy.

Tickle-Me cannot be picked up once out of the can. When pushed Tickle-Me does one of four random things, all of which relieve boredom and need for pleasure in norns. After about one minute of no activity, Tickle-Me returns to the can.
