Norn-a-Neuter

The Norn-a-Neuter is a DS agent by Ghosthande which, like Cupid's Halo, can be set to float above a target creature's head. The Norn-a-Neuter renders the creature infertile until such a time as it is removed. However, like real contraceptives, it may not be 100% effective - particularly if there are aphrodisiac agents available in the world as well.
