NDBase

NDBase (or ND-Base, Norn Data Base) was going to be a freeware alternative to Nornfamily. It was going to be built by DanB. Unfortunately it seems that DanB sent a pre-release screenshot to November, who displayed it on his website (The Norn Society).

Elisabeth Witek, author of Nornfamily, claimed that it violated her program's look and feel, and although DanB had intended to change that, he decided that it was all too much bother and bad feeling, so the project was discontinued. Unfortunately The Norn Society went with it, as November felt that he'd had too much hassle over it as well.
