Minor Fixes

This small pack of .cos files created by Vampess that fixes the following issues with Creatures 3:

• Balloon Bugs hopping around instead of floating
• A glitch with the Cacbana seeds that prevents a collision script firing sometimes
• Creatures expecting food when they activate the Medicine Maker
• Lifts picking up objects and more than one Creature at a time

• Man-o-war eggs that don't hatch

• Dead hoppities not being removed by the game on occasion

• The Mosquito script having a population control that doesn't work
