LTCY

"LTCY" is an abbreviation of "Latency" The command is used to prevent involuntary actions (such as laying eggs, falling asleep and sneezing) from being repeated too often.

Used in the following format:

ltcy action mindelay maxdelay

Actions allowed (at least in C1) are: 0 = flinch 1 = Lay egg 2 = Sneeze 3 = Cough 4 = Shiver 5 = Fall asleep 6 = Faint 7 = Drown

The delay will be between the "mindelay" and "maxdelay" limits. Delay is measured in 0.4 second intervals.
