Konpeito Cloud & Jar

Konpeito Cloud & Jar is a set of agents by CosmicSynthetics and Jesseth, released for the CCSF 2022.
Both agents will vend konpeitou (also known as sugar stars); the cloud is classified as weather, while the jar is a dispenser. The cloud will drop konpeito every five minutes or so, and clicking on it will cause it to shimmer. Both the cloud and the jar can have their sprites mirrored by shift-clicking on them.
The konpeito are soothing to creatures and will give them a burst of ATP. Hitting or activating the jar will also soothe creatures.
