Joseph Fowler was the co-founder of ERFN. He was close friends with Thad of Creature Labs.
Joseph lost interest in the Creatures Community in 1999. After the disbanding of ERFN, he left the Community to go on and build his own non-Creatures website, based on his skills as a computer programmer and showcasing his personal programs.
