The Frost Norns are a genetic breed for C3/DS by Arnout. They are based on the CFE Magma Norn genome, but all the genes relating to hotness have been changed to relate to coldness instead, and they are a pretty blue colour.
They are available at Creatures Caves. A CFF edition is also available.
