EnDSchultz started up the Evil Council, discussing the idea of the group on the Creatures forums and encouraging members to join. Later, when the forums moved to TreeSprite's Creatures Grove, he solicited there. He stepped down after a while, letting DP take his place, but he is still pretty active in the community and remains one of the main folk in the Evil Council today.
