Dummy Portal

The Dummy Portal is a C3 and DS agent by Malkin. It functions without the warp and is called portal by creatures, giving any creature that activates it the same stimuli as the portal does. In addition, the dummy portal gives any creature within earshot a slight decrease in crowdedness, anger and fear and a slight increase in loneliness.
