Christian Herwitz is the author of some breeds for Creatures 2 with their own sprites, including the Hivemind Ettins and the Hulk Grendels. Christian Herwitz has also created some genetic breeds for C2 such as the Amphibi Ettins, Amphibi Grendels, Canny Ettins, Canny Grendels, Gill Ettins, Gill Grendels, Nova Subterra Ettins, Nova Subterra Grendels and the Putrid Ettin.
