Dictionary meaning:

1. A hollow or natural passage under or into the earth, especially one with an opening to the surface.
2. A storage cellar, especially for wine.

However, this particular Cave is in fact a person in the Creatures Community.

Cave discovered Creatures at the age of 11, and was active in the community for about four years. She ran a small Creatures fansite (The Backstreets of Albia) and was an op in JRChat for a short period.
