APPR is a CAOS command that makes a creature approach the current IT agent, or if there is no IT agent, to follow the CA scent associated with that genus.
Usage[edit]
Syntax: APPR
The creature will then attempt to walk (travel via elevators and doors does not appear to count) as close it can to the IT agent or an object with that genus. After it gets as close as it can, the rest of the script will resume.

This command is used at the beginning of many creature-related scripts, such as the scripts for creatures trying to activate, hit, or eat objects.
